Ansley Above the Park still remains THE closest high rise living opportunity on Piedmont Park. It’s newer neighbor, Luxe Midtown is set back about a block from Piedmont Park, whereas Ansley Above the Park is just across the street.
The condominium community saw the same level of activity for 2011 as it did in 2010 with 3 home sales. However, the Sales Price certainly did not remain the same.
Many of homes in Ansley Above the Park have not been renovated. It makes this building a prime candidate for a buyer that can get a good price on a home and then renovate it to their liking.
