- Four 2 Bedrooms ranging from $169,000 to $249,000 — Average List Price: $188,000

2012 SALES ACTIVITY COMPARISON
- Four 2 Bedrooms ranging from $129,000 – $185,000 — Average SOLD Price: $160,000
In 2012, the lowest sales price was $129,000. In 2013, the lowest price was $205,000!!! Not as dramatic an increase when you look at Average prices, but they have still risen at M West Townhomes!
