MidCity Lofts set the stage for timeless design when introduced to the Midtown Atlanta skyline in 2002. The red brick and granite exterior enables the building to blend into the neighborhood and not look as modern as other buildings around it.
Make no mistake however, this building is modern in every sense. The lobby, located on Spring Street, welcomes residents and guests with its towering granite wall and sleek waiting area.
Situated on a block between Spring and West Peachtree Streets, each end of the building features retail space, including Grain, which is an outpost from the owners of Cypress Pint and Plate and is adjacent to Technology Square and GATech.
Inside MidCity Lofts, the lofts are flats or 2 stories with floor-to-ceiling windows, covered balconies and sleek modern kitchens. MidCity Lofts is also one of the few Midtown condo buildings to offer gas cooking and polished concrete floors.
The Rooftop pool and terrace are a striking feature of this building. The Club Room has just gone through a complete renovation and is equally unique. All the common areas, including elevator foyers and hallways have also been renovated.

Special Neighborhood Update – January 2013
There is proposed construction in the immediate area of MidCity Lofts. We recently posted about new student apartments that are proposed for 8th and Spring Street, on part of current vacant land across from Plaza Midtown. We have just learned of a second building to be built at Centergy, which would most likely be the vacant land directly across the street from the front of Mid City Lofts. The latter will have some impact on view of homes that are located on the end of the building. The other is two blocks away, and will add to the skyline, but probably block views of high-rises at Atlantic Station.
Neighborhood Update – November 2015
University House, located at 8th and Spring Street, and SQ5, located across the street from MidCity Lofts have both been completed. They are actually nice additions to the Midtown skyline. The remaining vacant land between these two buildings will become the site for the new NCR corporate headquarters, which broke ground this month.
