When you visit a website, there is often a search box where you can search for a specific term, or subject. MyMidtownMojo.com is certainly no different. Just scroll to the bottom of our HOME PAGE, and you will find a search box that does exactly that.
But I wanted to create a separate page where I could post various news articles about the Doraville area. With the development of Assembly and Nexus as well as the recent passing of a Tax Allocation District (TAD) for the Assembly area and portions of Downtown Doraville, there is going to be a lot of focus in this area for redevelopment in the coming months and years ahead. Asbury Automotive to Build Nissan and Infiniti Dealerships at Assembly Doraville
Ridgeline Property Group to develop 365,000 sq. ft Warehouse along I-285/I-85
Ridgeline Property Group is developing what it calls McCall Drive Distribution Center, a 365,640-square-foot project. Demolition should begin in the next two months, and construction is expected to be finished by next summer. The building will be served by rail and have visibility from the Perimeter. It’s also near the redevelopments of both the former General Motors Co. plant in Doraville and the old OFS plant in Norcross.
