The Collection at Perimeter Park is a beautiful neighborhood of 116 townhomes and 32 single-family homes, providing buyers with two home options in the same community. Of course, each of them offers a variety of floor plans. The community is conveniently located just inside I-285, off of North Peachtree Road. From here, business centers like Perimeter Mall, Pill Hill with Northside and Emory St. Joseph’s hospitals in one direction, and South to Brookhaven, Buckhead and Midtown. I-85 is just a few exits away for easy commuting to these areas as well as Gwinnett.

The single family homes you will find in the community range from 2,432 sq.ft for the Curtis model to 3,511 sq.ft. for the Rutland model. There are 5 total home floor plans. All of the homes (2018) will be new construction from Taylor Morrison homes, the developer. With the variety of floor plans you can find a bedroom on the main floor, or a separate dining room or a loft sitting area…there are lots of great options! The community also features a club house and pool, professional HOA management and beautifully landscaped yards.

The townhomes most likely range from 2,490 square feet to 2,527 square feet, with 2-4 bedrooms and 3 to 3.5 baths, depending on the floor plan and options a buyer may have selected, or what the developer decided as they made final selections on homes that had not been purchased yet.

With Collection at Perimeter Park’s great location…there are so many things close to you in the great ITP (Inside the Perimeter) neighborhood! Convenient access to I-285 provides easy access to shopping at nearby Perimeter Mall. The entire area around Perimeter Mall is often called “The Perimeter” and is part of both Sandy Springs and Dunwoody. Grocery shopping is easy with a Kroger located at Georgetown Shopping Center, where you will also find a Starbucks. In Chamblee, on Peachtree Blvd, is Peachtree Station where you will find a Whole Foods and several shops and restaurants, as well as a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center.
