Local leaders broke ground Friday to make way for a new film and television studio in Miami. Actually, it was more of a demolition ceremony than ground breaking.

It would seem that building movie studios in the Southeastern U.S. is quite the rage! Glad to be a part of helping these people find their new homes in the Peach State and Atlanta!
