From multiple townhome communities that are under construction, like Townsend Chamblee, will offer great living options. Couple that with new restaurants and shopping ( A new Whole Foods will open in 2017 on Peachtree Blvd at the Peachtree Crossing Shopping Center, across from Lowe’s Home Improvement), this just might be the place for your new office!!

What could turn out to be another cool loft option will be the retrofitting of the Whaley Machine Company building at 5553 Peachtree Road. All of these locations are a hop, skip and a jump from the new Assembly Doraville Development and Third Rail Studios in Doraville.
